Deliver happy experiences to every client you interact with

Become a Shoo-in services expert

Provide phone, and email support for clients

Perform effective root cause analysis of clients issues

Be resourceful in coming up with solutions

Develop an excellent working relationship with clients

Perform other duties as assigned

【Requirements】

Bachelor’s degree or above. Or current college or graduate students with strong ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives while working independently

Great at networking, mingling, and being an outgoing member of campus or the local community

Good command of writing in both Chinese and English, must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

 Excellent communication skills

Being patient with client work

Highly responsible, great team member and do not fear challenges

You should have great passion in helping students to get their first job
