入住的要求：

1. Must be a graduated student, Female prefer 

2. You only need to share the bathroom with one person in the house

3. You must be neat and clean.  For examples, you need to clean up kitchen after each use.  You need to make sure to keep the bath room clean at all time. 

4. You need to share the kitchen with a 3-person family (a mom and 2 kids)

5. No party is allowed.  

6. It is ok to have guests sleep over night sometimes, but you need to let owner of the house know ahead of time.
