More Capital LLC is actively seeking a part time on-site real estate investment intern in our Long Island office located in Great Neck.

More Capital has a vast variety of work, from Day Trading in Finance, building single/ multi family houses to property management, perfect for students majoring in Finance, Business, Real Estate who want to grow their experiences.

Through our internship program at More Capital, we will allow you to apply everything that you've learned in the classroom to a hands-on setting in reality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day reception operations.
• Assistance with site overview
• Prepare weekly meetings, inspection reports and maintain logs
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building consultants.
• Assist with processes for documentation (drawings, submittals, RFIs, requisitions)
• Assist in the evaluation of real estate opportunities.
• Work closely with the project managers and client
• Perform other projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements：
• Bachelor’s degree or in school in Finance, Architecture, or Civil Engineer.
• Willingness and ability to occasionally work at least 25 hours per week.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• The intern needs a personal car for commute and site visiting.
